ThermoFleece-350 Jacket (Men's)

My friend actually bought this jacket and let me borrow it when we were traveling...needless to say he never did get the jacket back. I did, however, buy him another. It is one of the warmest jackets that I have had. Taiga does not substitute quality for mainstream like some brands have done. I am now ordering another for me and two nephews. You cannot go wrong with this jacket. Let me mention that customer service is wonderful. I had forgotten what it was to have someone call you to make sure sizing was correct, etc. Taiga has held on to the old art of customer service.

I bought one of these in 1997. I still wear it today. Unfortunately, the jacket outlasted the zipper. More than happy to replace the jacket with the same. You can't beat Taiga's quality.

Just bought the 300 Polartec Fleece ; it exceeds expectations even though I'm familiar with Taiga quality. I bought Large, I'm 6' 165lbs with long arms; it is roomy; maybe could have got away with M; but no complaints at all

I wanted a heavy fleece jacket to replace a decades old and much loved one from LLBean. I hadn't heard of Taiga but I took a chance and I'm very pleased with my purchase. The jacket is VERY well made. Stitching is flawless and the Medium fits beautifully on my 6', 160 lb. frame. Everything about it shouts "Quality." I haven't had a chance to test it under winter conditions but I'll be very surprised if it's not plenty warm. I hope to address that in a supplemental review in a few months. Meanwhile I'm putting together another Taiga order. U.S. buyers should note that the prices are in Canadian dollars; the exchange rate is favorable for us Yanks, and the saving pretty much covers the shipping charges.

One of the best fleeces, for the price. Handles the cold weather very well with a hard shell on top of it ‒ even at -30 when you are stationary. Can handle a long trip in the wild with a backpack. And what I like the most, it’s Canadian‐made.
